LANI
was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii and has over
25 years of experience in teaching and training in
adult education and organization management. She graduated
from Kailua High School in 1973 and received her B.A.
& M.A. in Communication from the University of
Hawaii.
Using her
own life experiences as a background for her work,
Lani's compassionate teaching style has been known
to create safe, open arenas for healing and learning.
She has been described by students and participants
as "down to earth", "knowledgeable",
and "at ease in front of people".
